VOLUNTEER OBLIGATION OPPORTUNITY Instructions
Each family unit (excluding families with Development swimmers only) has an obligation to volunteer for four positions during the regular swim season. In addition, EVERY FAMILY WORKS THE MEDAL MEET on Saturday, June 18th. If your family will be out of town on June 18th, there are tasks which need to be done before hand. Please indicate if your family will be unavailable the day of the meet. And you will be contacted by the Medal Meet Coordinator. Use the yellow sticker for the Medal Meet.
Development Families will work the Development Meet on Thursday, June 30th in addition to the Medal Meet. You are, of course, welcome to step in during any of our dual meets in the regular season if your child is swimming.
During the post season, District II @Guntersville and State Meet @ Cullman, we will additionally need to provide volunteers for Timing and Stroke & Turn. Please be prepared to step forward.
Each family unit needs to volunteer to work 4 positions over the course of the season PLUS the Medal Meet.
