The picture attached is an aerial view for parking. Parking will be $5 per day or $8 for two days. There will be 6 lots to park in around the rec center including the ball field parking lots. City transportation will be running a continuous shuttle between ALL parking lots and the rec center ALL day long. The shuttle is large enough to accomodate tents, coolers, chairs, etc and is handicap accessible. However, there will be a drop off point in front of the rec center if you want to unload your vehicle before parking. You will have a few minutes to unload. We need everyone to unload as quickly as possible to avoid traffic delays on Sunset Drive. Handicap parking will be available in the rec center parking lot. The car must have the hanging tag on the mirror and/or a license plate to park in handicap. Please do NOT park in the Piggly Wiggly parking lot. It is for customers only and cars WILL be towed.
The gyms will be open to set up during the meet. However, they are not air conditioned, but we will have fans going. Tents may be set up along the lake. Tents can be set up as early as 5 pm on Thursday evening. However, the City or Swim Team will not be responsible for anything left overnight.
Programs (heat sheets) will be available for $8.
K & N will be on site selling district t-shirts.
1st Place Athletics will be on site selling all your swim supply needs.
Various food and drink vendors will be on site as well as the swim team's normal concession stand.
Championpix will be doing the photography for the meet and selling pictures.
